A rewards system featuring point accumulation, voucher redemption, and tiered pricing options. Clients earn points through purchases and access benefits via the mobile application.
3. Mobile App
A dedicated patient application providing access to package information, point balances, appointment scheduling, voucher management, and redemption functionalities — all in one place.
4. New Dashboard Look
A full dashboard redesign delivers improved usability and performance enhancements, with 24-hour technical assistance to support the transition.
5. Patient Registration via IC Scan
Walk-in client registration is now streamlined through IC scanning via the mobile application, significantly reducing check-in delays and manual data entry.
6. Online Payment for Online Booking
Clients can now schedule appointments with advance payment capabilities, receiving automated email receipts upon successful transactions.
