3. Mobile App
MedicalMet launches its dedicated mobile app, providing clients with easy access to check remaining packages, loyalty points, book appointments, view voucher lists, and redeem vouchers, enhancing overall user experience.

4. New Look
Experience a more user-friendly and faster dashboard in the latest update. Our 24-hour support system engineers are serious in taking care of MedicalMet users, to make sure they are well-satisfied.

5. Patient Registration via Scan IC
Frontdesk efficiency is improved as walk-in clients can be swiftly registered by scanning their IC through the MedicalMet mobile app, reducing waiting times for online bookings.

6. Online Payment for Online Booking
Clients can now book appointments and make payments in advance when the online payment feature is enabled. Receipts are promptly issued via email upon successful payment.
