How often is data backed up?

MedicalMet performs automated daily backups of your entire database. In the unlikely event of a server issue, we can restore your data to the most recent backup point, minimizing any potential disruption to your operations.

Backups are retained for 14 days on a rolling basis, allowing for point-in-time recovery if needed. In addition to daily backups, we run a separate archiving process to maintain redundant copies of your data in an independent storage location — providing an extra layer of protection against data loss.
