What you will do

Work inbound and assigned leads, nurture them, and close hot leads into recurring revenue
Guide new clinics through onboarding, clearing roadblocks so they reach smooth daily use
Build new pipeline through events, exhibitions, industry contacts and face-to-face meetings
Carry customer feedback back to the product team so the roadmap reflects what clinics actually need
Keep CRM records and pipeline stages accurate

What we are looking for

A proven closer — persuasive, and comfortable asking for the business
Consultative: can run a discovery conversation rather than deliver a pitch
Confident presenting to clinic owners and doctors
Strong follow-through on onboarding detail
Willing to travel locally for events and clinic visits

Nice to have

Healthcare, clinic or SaaS background
Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin
An existing network in Malaysian healthcare
