Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • No work experience required.
  • Have a desire to learn, try out new ideas and methods.
  • Preferable requirement: Filipino, Tagalog, Thai, Indonesian.

Development

  • Exposure to the company’s planning, business development, and sales strategy area.
  • Responsible in supporting the sales team. (documentation, marketing, management, etc.)
  • Planning, coordinating, and performing companies research for business development activities.
  • Study, research, and improve business process flow.
  • Support ad-hoc request

Business

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer needs
  • Maintains quality service by responding to customer on a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure solution
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Posses excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management and ability to multitask
