Agreement
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand the potential risks associated with using WhatsApp Blasting services. I am fully aware that the use of such services may result in my WhatsApp number being banned by WhatsApp due to non-compliance with WhatsApp’s terms and conditions.
By submitting this form, I voluntarily assume all risks and consequences that may arise from using this service and agree to the following terms:
- Acknowledgement of Risks
I acknowledge that using WhatsApp Blasting services can lead to the temporary or permanent suspension or banning of my WhatsApp account. I fully accept and understand that this risk is beyond the control of the service providers. - Waiver of Liability
I agree that neither MedicalMet, WasapBot, nor any affiliated companies or individuals shall be held responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences that may occur as a result of my WhatsApp number being banned, restricted, or suspended by WhatsApp. - Acceptance of Responsibility
I assume full responsibility for my decision to use the WhatsApp Blasting service. I understand that I am solely responsible for ensuring that my use of the service complies with WhatsApp’s policies, terms of service, and applicable laws. I release MedicalMet, WasapBot, and all related entities from any obligation, legal or otherwise, resulting from my actions. - Non-Reliance on MedicalMet and WasapBot
I agree that MedicalMet and WasapBot are providing this service at my own request and are not responsible for any outcomes or actions taken by WhatsApp regarding my account. I understand that MedicalMet and WasapBot are third-party service providers and do not have control over WhatsApp’s enforcement of their policies. - Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicalMet, WasapBot, their employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, or legal costs arising out of my use of the WhatsApp Blasting service. - Termination of Service
I understand that MedicalMet and WasapBot reserve the right to terminate or suspend my access to the WhatsApp Blasting service at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of their policies or applicable laws.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood the risks and consequences associated with using WhatsApp Blasting. I voluntarily choose to proceed, and I agree to the terms outlined above and the policies here and here.
